3.4 No-Show Policy
Failure to check in or cancel a reservation according to the stated policy will result in forfeiture of payments made.
4. Roave Rewards and Points
Roave Travel may offer rewards programs allowing users to earn and redeem points. The following terms apply:
• Points have no cash value and are non-transferable unless explicitly stated.
• Misuse of the rewards system may result in forfeiture of points and account termination.
• Roave Travel reserves the right to modify or discontinue the rewards program without notice.

Roave Travel acts as an intermediary between users and Third-Party Providers. We are not liable for:
• Errors or omissions by Third-Party Providers.

Users must address disputes directly with the relevant Third-Party Provider.
